I love Halloween so much! It is such a fun holiday for everyone! I was starting to feel embarrasssed about how much I loved it because everyone said I was too old, but now I have a baby boy and he is just starting to walk and it is going to be so much fun taking him trick or treating! It is so Exciting! I think the most important decision I have to make, that all parents of young children have to make, is what outfit to put your child in! I am thinking that Toad from the Mario nintendo games sounds like a great one! I have no idea where to find a costume of Toad but nothing gets in the way of a determined mother who knows what she wants! So have fun this upcoming holiday! Remember you are never to old or to young to enjoy it! Look up some good holiday recipes and have a dinner party! Let loose!

I cannot wait to have a baby girl! I have a 9 month old boy now but looking around at how much more options there are for girls in clothing, decorations, and beddings makes me want a girl! I am a huge fan of elephants so if I ever get to have a baby girl I am going to paint her nursery a light pink on two walls and a chocolate brown on the other two walls and have a 2D image of elephants, pink elephants on the brown wall and brown elephants on the pink wall! She will have her whole nursery decked out in brown and pink!

I don’t know if I’ve shared this in the past, but even if I haven’t, it’s still fun to share. Take a popular movie and condense it to it’s barest essentials with a comic twist. That is the whole premise behind the movies in 5 seconds phenomenon on YouTube. Today’s offering is one of the most over-hyped blockbusters of all times, Titanic.

Well, another Friday has come, which means a chance to have a little bit of fun. It’s caption week this week, and this week’s photo involves a young girl from Germany and her cow. Once you see the picture you’ll understand why this is a perfect candidate for a caption.

This is another weird news story that I thought would be a fun one to transform into a mad lib. Then I read the story and realized it couldn’t get any funnier. An Ohio man was charged with teasing a police dog. The man’s defense was that the police dog was harassing him from inside a squad car. Now, there is evidence to suggest the man was intoxicated when he was charged, but even still with alcohol, who decides to mess with a police dog?

This is a little late to be doing with a week gone by since April Fool’s, but I was looking for prank videos and I found this one from a Candid Camera knockoff. It’s mildly amusing and family friendly. The laugh track is a little much, but it is a fun little way to bring some levity to a Friday.

I wasn’t the only one to acknowledge the first day of April. Of course, Daniel Scocco did it with more style than I did. He announced a reader reward program in which it would be a contest. I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but I have to honestly admit that I was suckered in by the premise. It wasn’t until I read the comments that I saw the joke was on me.

Goldentusk, the internet sensation who has made a name for himself with lyric parodies of iconic movie scores, has recently posted a teaser trailer for his latest movie theme song. I won’t spoil the surprise, because it’s pretty obvious which movie he is referencing.

Rather than find a humorous video, photo or news story to manipulate for today, I found this article and realized I didn’t have to do a thing to it. These are real toys on sale, some more expensive than others, that take the term “dangerous fun” in a completely new direction. The list includes such items as a gasoline powered robot suit, a laptop desk that attaches to a car steering wheel and a tricycle that seats seven people. That’s only a handful of items on this list.
